Below are several ways you can get involved and help bring our community together through your handmade gifts and contributions.

Drop off your donation at the Parish Office anytime between August 4 – September 12, 2025

• Silent Auction Donation

  • Create a handmade item for our silent auction

• Crafter’s Corner

  • Create a handmade craft for sale at our Country Store

Drop off your donation at the Parish Office September 19, or at the Country Store tent September 20 - 21, 2025

• Baked Goods

  • Create handmade baked treats for sale at our Country Store

• Canned Goods

  • Provide home canned items for sale at our Country Store

• Fresh Produce

  • Share your garden’s bounty!  Bring fresh fruits and vegetables for sale at our Country Store

Drop off your donation on the Parish Office bake carts September 19, 20, 21, 2025

• Dinner Pies

  • Bake a dinner pie and donate it as a Pork and Turkey Dinner dessert item. No cream pies or refrigerated pies accepted.

• Cake

  • Bake a cake and donate it to our Cake Walk prize table
