WHAT IS YOUTH MINISTRY?
At St. Peter’s Church, our mission is to help the Forest Lake community know, love, and serve Jesus Christ. We support our youth in living out this mission by cultivating a faith-filled community, enjoying fun activities together, forming them as missionary disciples, and providing opportunities to serve through Christ’s love.

Hi! I’m Katie, the Youth Ministry & Confirmation Coordinator at Church of St. Peter. I first learned how to pray in 6th grade (an ever-deepening journey) and encountered Christ powerfully as I served with NET Ministries after high school. These experiences led me to strive to put Jesus Christ at the center of my life, and hopefully help others to do the same! I’m passionate about helping teens know of Jesus' love and plan for their lives, building community, and helping them discover their God-given gifts. Through youth nights, retreats, camp, Confirmation prep, bible studies, and more, I hope to create a welcoming space where young people can encounter Christ.
