Volunteering
Volunteers are often needed in some capacity. We would love to talk more if you’re interested in getting involved! If you are interested in volunteering at any youth event, please reach out to Katie at khall@stpeterfl.org and we can get the process started for your E3 certification.
Volunteers must be E3 certified:
1. Have completed and passed a background check
2. Complete Safe Environment Training
3. Sign a Code of Conduct
SAFETY: All volunteers working with your teens are E3 certified and we ensure 2 adults are with any number of teens, with a 1:8 ratio. Please be sure to register if your child attends youth group or open youth room so we have emergency contact information.
EMAIL UPDATES: Sign up for email notifications/updates: Link to email/Flocknote sign-up page*
PHOTO POLICY: We love to have current photos of our actual teens on our website, bulletin, etc. so people can see what happens at our youth events! We keep records for 1 year on photo permissions. If we have received photo permission in the past year, we may use your child’s photo in various media publications unless you give express written communication rescinding the permission.
Electronic Communication
To have your Teen receive Open Youth Room updates, please complete the electronic communication form below and submit it to Katie in person or via email.
